TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms serve to protect you by preventing confusion, misunderstanding, and to ensure we both act fairly. Please read these terms carefully as they apply to your use of and all orders received via the Hello-Sweetie.com Website at http://www.hello-sweetie.com. By accessing this Website you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. These terms may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You should review the Site periodically for changes to these terms.

1) Hello Sweetie Limited Order Acceptance
The sale of Hello Sweetie Limited products shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is signified when your credit or debit card details are processed via the Nochex facility. Hello Sweetie Limited reserves the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment that your credit or debit card is charged.

2) Customer Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your Hello Sweetie Limited purchases, you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of first placing your order stating your order reference number. We will then advise you whether the order has already been prepared or dispatched. If so, we will be unable to cancel your order and the goods will be charged to you and sent to the requested address. Providing we receive your notification before the order has been prepared or any item has been dispatched, we will cancel your order and your payment will be returned to you via Nochex.

3) Prices
All prices charged are in UK Pounds, inclusive of VAT. The currency converter facility gives an indication of prices in other currencies. Packaging and delivery charges will be added at the checkout where applicable. We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.

4) Delivery
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated on our Delivery Information web page. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates. Title to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s) for dispatch.
Orders with next day courier must be placed with us by 1pm the day before you wish your order to be dispatched. Orders received may be dispatched the following day excluding weekends and public holidays.

4.1) Missing or lost in the post standard Royal Mail delivery
If you have reason to suspect that your parcel has got lost in the post you must contact us at sales@hello-sweetie.com with 10 days of ordering. We will then fill in a Royal Mail missing parcel claim form on your behalf. Once we have been refunded by Royal Mail we will resend your order. We are unable to offer any refunds or resend any orders until we have received payment from Royal Mail.

4.2) Refunds / Returns under Guarantee
If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, simply follow the instructions below. Our Guarantee is valid providing you have complied with the following conditions:-

1. You inform us of your complaint by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order, after this time we will not issue replacement items or refunds; and
2. At our request, you agree to return the goods in question to reach us within 21 days of the date you originally received them. Any goods returned must be unopened, in the same packaging and condition as you received them. For your own protection when returning items, please use recorded delivery and retain your receipt of sending since we cannot process claims until the goods are back in our possession. We will refund the cost of return postage and of your original order to you via Nochex providing we are satisfied that the goods were faulty when dispatched. We do not provide refunds for goods that have been mistreated while in transit or have melted in transit due to climatic or atmospheric changes as these circumstances are beyond our control.

Hello Sweetie Limited shall have no obligations or liabilities of any kind in respect of goods purchased from the Website which are returned for any other reason or where the above conditions have not been followed. In such instances, we shall have the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified. Under these circumstances, the goods will be returned to you.

5) Ingredients

6) Legal Liability
So far as permitted by law and without limiting your statutory rights as a consumer, our liability to you whether for breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence or otherwise shall not exceed the price charged to you for the damaged, defective which give rise to such liability and Hello Sweetie Limited shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8) Acceptance of Hello Sweetie Limited’s Terms & Conditions
By placing an order for goods or services promoted by Hello Sweetie Limited, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order.

10) Out of stock or discontinued items
We reserve the right to substitute at our discretion any product that may be unavailable at the time your order is processed with similar items of an equal or higher value.

11) Packaging of products shown on the Hello Sweetie Website
On rare occasions goods you receive may not arrive in the same packaging as the illustration on the Hello Sweetie Website. Weighed out or counted out products do not show the ingredients on the packaging, but may be viewed via the link on the site.

12) Product Prices

If you wish to have Hello Sweetie orders delivered outside the UK, please e-mail us at orders@hello-sweetie.com and we will reply within 24 hours with delivery method and rates.

14) Payment Options
You can pay by Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro and Creditcards via Nochex We debit your card at the time of your order. We despatch orders paid for by cheque once the cheque has cleared.

15) Customs Clearance
If our parcel is intercepted by customs you may have to pay local import duties. Customs policies vary from country to country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
